The stunning restoration of these Victorian buildings that were a former warehouse and church have created an amazing series of unconventional and interesting spaces to hold your wedding.  When I shoot wedding photography at Fazeley Studios I always love the bright Garden Room, the pretty courtyard and the fabulous Grand Gallery. They, and the surrounding Victorian architecture, always provide me with a wealth of interesting and unusual backdrops when photographing my brides and grooms.  It’s no wonder that Fazeley Studios has appeared in British Vogue three times as a recommended wedding venue.

The Garden Room is used for wedding ceremonies at Fazeley Studios and can seat up to 150 guests.  It has an impressively high ceiling and the pretty courtyard next to it flood the Garden Room with tons of natural light (natural light is the thing we West Midlands wedding photographers love best!) 

When it comes to food at your Fazeley Studios wedding they have an on-site catering team who can prepare you anything and everything from a formal sit down three course wedding breakfast to an informal bbq in the courtyard.  They will cater for whatever theme you want and work with you to create your perfect wedding menu.

Yes, which is great because you and your guests can really explore this unusual venue.  This also means that your wedding day can flow between different spaces. You could have your wedding ceremony in the Garden Room, your drinks reception in the courtyard and your wedding reception in The Fazeley Room which can seat up to 200 guests.

I love the neighbourhood.  Digbeth is steeped in industrial history.  The old warehouses, railway viaducts, cobbled streets set against the modern urban feel of the street art and vibrant street food scene.  It all makes an intoxicating fusion that provide me with an ever-changing backdrop in my images. When I shoot Fazeley Studios wedding photography I quickly whisk the bride and groom away to get some amazing portrait images of them in and around this fantastic area of Birmingham.  I choose my moment carefully (whilst guests are happily drinking and chatting) and we’re so quick that everyone barely noticed we left!

Firstly, I’ll say what I’d say to all brides and grooms.  Firstly choose a wedding photographer who’s style you love, as the photography will be the enduring end-product that will be with you forever.
