Copyright
The Photographer is the lifetime copyright owner of all photographs taken, in accordance with UK copyright law. Where the customer has purchased a digital copy of photographs, the customer is licenced to print or share these photos with frends and family, however the customer cannot use the photographs for commercial gain without prior permission from the Photographer.
Marketing
The Photographer reserves the right to use or share any of his photography through his website, marketing materials, social networking or any other channels relevent to business growth or product marketing and promotion. The Photographers photographs are his product and are key to marketing and growing business.
