I recently had the pleasure to provide Anthony and Jennifer’s wedding photography at Berrow Court, Birmingham.
Despite spending most of my life living close to Harborne in Birmingham, I didn’t even know this little gem-of-a-venue existed, until Anthony and Jen booked me to photograph their wedding. What a great little venue this is for a wedding or celebration party, and the family who own it were also really friendly. The house is a grade II listed Victorian building and was the former home of the great Birmingham Statesman Joseph Chamberlain. Unfortunatley in the eighties the house fell into disrepair until it was acquired by the Parsons family, and since then it has been their mission to restore the magnificent house and it’s gardens back to it’s former victorian glory. This superb venue made for a really personal and intimate wedding, and was also a great backdrop for some of my most favourite portfolio photographs.
The bride’s getting-ready photos were taken at the Edgbaston Boutique Hotel. Again, another little gem of a place I didn’t know about yet.
Here’s a few of my favourite pictures from Anthony and Jennifer’s wedding photography at Berrow Court, Birmingham.
